New Account

General Questions

  1. Download the application from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Enter your mobile number and click "Sign Up." You will receive a confirmation code via SMS. Enter the code and click "Confirm."
  3. Provide a valid email address. You will receive a confirmation code in your inbox. Enter the code and click "Confirm."
  4. Create your account by entering your email and choosing a password.
  5. In the markets section, select the EGX.
  6. Verify your identity by taking clear photos of the front and back sides of your identification card. Click "Confirm."
  7. Take a clear selfie, ensuring your face is visible. Click "Confirm" once you're satisfied with the photo.
  8. Review your personal information for accuracy. If there are any errors, you can edit them. Click "Confirm" when you're done.
  9. Provide your residential information, employment status, job details, and income information, and answer a few questions about your relatives' professions.
  10. Answer the FATCA questions to confirm your U.S. tax status.
  11. Finally, confirm the "Terms & Conditions."

Once you've completed these steps, your account will be verified within two working days.
